This is a newly developed adhesive for laminating PVC sheets to wooden surfaces under heat presses in different wooden industries especially in kitchens and similar applications.

• 5%- 8% by weight of crosslinker DN is added to the adhesive and stirred properly for 10 minutes and then the mixture is filtered before use.
• The addition of the hardener to the adhesive increases the bond strength and the heat resistance of the adhesive drastically.
• Then the adhesive mixture is sprayed on the MDF surface before the PVC laminate is applied under the heat press.
