Main Application
A wide range of sprayable adhesives (flammable & nonflammable ) are available for the use in Furniture, Foam, Leather, Formica and Metal surfaces and other applications .
Different specifications such as: bond strength, heat resistance, variable open time and drying time are met to suit customers’ requirements.
- The surfaces to be bonded should be cleaned and free from oil or dust –then the adhesive is sprayed on both surfaces using a stainless steel gun with a distance about 20-40 cm at pressure of 3-5 bar .
- Bond can be prepared immediately or within 15 minutes from spraying the adhesive on both surfaces (depending on the porosity of the surfaces) with firm pressure on the bonded area.
